Hi Everyone! Its been a long time.... I haven't meant to let this blog drop by the wayside. I think about it alot and know I have needed to post something.. and then low and behold I realized that I haven't posted since February! WOW... where did the time go? Guess that's what I get for getting a Kindle Fire and reading all the time now. I know I know... NO Excuses! I love it when I find the little encouragement along the way of my journey to health so I know you probably enjoy it just as much!
So I shall try to do better!
I will commit myself to blogging again... even if it is just random once a week. It will be like that crazy show on the TV... you know the one, Its going great, something happens and then it cuts off... only to realize... its already been a half an hour... and your left dying to know what is going on and hate to wait until next week to find out! LOL
So here is your weekly dose of Encouragement ~
 Do you find it hard to eat the things that will bring health to your body? Okay okay.... Seriously ~ Do you find it hard to diet?
 Do you care about yourself or about food more?
 I have learned one thing through my journey... it is If I don't care I'm not going to try... If I get into the mode... well Its okay one little debbie wont hurt... well then I eat one and decide... eh who cares ~ I will have this or that too... Well I have to remind myself... I CARE!
I care about how I feel and how I look but until I decided to care about that... I didn't change anything. Change hurts but change is sometimes good.. and eating better is a good change! Just my thought for today.

It Couldn't Be Done
Edgar Guest

Somebody said that it couldn't be done,
But he with a chuckle replied
That "maybe it couldn't," but he would be one
Who wouldn't say so till he'd tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn't be done, and he did it.

Somebody scoffed: "Oh, you'll never do that;
At least no one ever has done it";
But he took off his coat and he took off his hat,
And the first thing we knew he'd begun it.
With a lift of his chin and a bit of a grin,
Without any doubting or quiddit,
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn't be done, and he did it.

There are thousands to tell you it cannot be done,
There are thousands to prophesy failure;
There are thousands to point out to you, one by one,
The dangers that wait to assail you.
But just buckle in with a bit of a grin,
Just take off your coat and go to it;
Just start to sing as you tackle the thing
That "cannot be done," and you'll do it.
